Harvest fresh produce from the farm and prepare a meal together with this personal and authentic Farm-to-Table Cooking Class. The day will start with a tour of Kulaniapia Farms where a member of their community who is passionate about growing healthy food will guide you and help you harvest perfectly ripe vegetables from the rich volcanic soil. It doesn’t get any fresher than this!
After the tour of the farm and harvesting produce we make our way to the chef’s kitchen where you will create a delicious plant-based lunch from the farm. The kitchen is located on the top floor of a beautifully finished loft in the barn, with views of Hilo Bay and Mauna Kea.
After class, it’s time to eat! Enjoy a meal you harvested and made yourself, and take home new skills to empower you with more confidence in the kitchen and share with your friends!
